CONSULTATIONS:
Please call or email to check availability for your date and set up a design consultation with Nicole at the studio. There are no set consultation appointment times or walk-in hours, as our event schedule changes weekly and we do not schedule consultations during production for a wedding/event.
At your consultation we will discuss your overall look, budget, flower varieties and design options. Prior to your consultation, we ask that you complete a design form with information including bridal party members and number/sizes of tables. Please feel free to bring any color swatches, inspiration photos or venue plans.
We are happy to work on destination weddings through photos by email...an in-person consultation is not a must!
PROPOSALS:
Proposals are personally designed and priced based on your requests...serious inquiries only please!
It may take one to two weeks to receive the proposal after your consultation or submitting your floral design form. Proposals are completed in order of wedding date, not by date of inquiry. We do not expect the initial proposal to be perfect...however, with one or two revisions, you should have a good idea of the financial commitment and design style proposed and we ask that a deposit be made to continue the design process.
CONTRACTING:
We require 50% of the total cost of the approved design proposal to confirm services. The contracted cost is a guaranteed minimum and may not be reduced, although changes may be made in the designs, such as exact colors of flowers/ribbons, up until one month before your wedding, which is when the balance is due to order your flowers!
MINIMUMS:
We do not have a minimum order. If you would like to completely book out an entire day, your wedding must total at least $5000 in florals, and we may take additional bookings the day before or after. For a full-service wedding with rental, setup and breakdown, there are some minimum fees that vary depending on the location and labor involved.
PRODUCTION COSTS:
Typically the "production" portion of your proposal is the cost of "day-of" labor, which includes packaging and delivery of the personal flowers to a hotel or other location prior to your ceremony, delivery and setup of ceremony and reception flowers/decor, transfer of any items from ceremony to reception and breakdown/pickup of rental items following ceremony/reception. This cost averages 10-20% of the floral total and varies depending on number of locations and the exact location/requirements of your specific venues and design needs.
